Losing a job or facing a major career change can stir up a storm of emotions—shock, anger, self-doubt, or even a sense of hopelessness. These reactions are not only common, they’re deeply human. What many people don’t realize is that working through these emotions is essential before real clarity and momentum can return. Coaching offers a space to do just that. It’s not about "fixing you"—it’s about helping you name what you’re feeling, make sense of it, and discover steady ground again. In a time when so much feels uncertain, coaching can help you find the first clear steps forward.

About the Process

Email your coach to schedule your sessions. Rick will work with your schedule to find a convenient time for two one-hour sessions.

Each one-hour session takes place virtually via Zoom. Sessions are 100% confidential and client driven. The coach will offer helpful frameworks, but the client decides where the conversation should go.

Our goal is to help you find a positive way forward without whitewashing the painful realities that come with job loss.
